cfduid: This is set by the CloudFlare service to identify trusted web traffic. How to delete cookies from your browser
1. Go to the Chrome menu.
2. Click “Settings”.
3. Click “Advanced”.
4. In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content settings” button.
5. To delete cookies: In the “Cookies” section, click “All cookies and site data”.
6. Do not allow cookies to be stored.
7. Click “Clear browsing data” (clear cache).
8. Shut down and restart the browser.

1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
2. Click the “General” tab.
3. In the “Browsing history” section, click “Delete browsing history on exit”.
4. Select “Delete files”.
5. Select “Delete cookies”.
6. Click “Delete”.
7. Click “OK”.
8. Shut down and restart the browser.

1. Select Firefox | History | Clear recent history.
2. Click the down arrow next to “Details”.
3. Check the following boxes: “Cookies”, “Cache”, “Active Logins”.
4. Set the “Time range to clear” option in the dropdown menu to “Everything”.
5. Click “Clear now”.
6. Shut down and restart the browser.
