EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

General Conditions

Gradientperfumes.com makes every effort to ensure that all the products it sells are in perfect conditions of use and according to the published technical characteristics.

Unless otherwise specified, the products marketed and advertised by gradientperfumes.com shall be warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of sale of the goods and only for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover the misuse of Gradient Perfumes products.

Any transport and assembly services (if any) are never included in the scope of the Free-Standing Law (DL N.º 143/1, Art. 6).

When delivery of objects at the address indicated above by the customer occurs, the customer must always check the delivered items, and in the event that any anomalies, defects or lapses in the goods received attributable to gradientperfumes.com are detected, they should be claimed through one of the several contacts available for later resolution.

In case the customer is not completely satisfied with his purchase, he can make the exchange within 15 days, assuring that the item is properly accompanied by the invoice, has no signs of use and is packaged in the original packaging.

The article for exchange must be delivered exclusively at Av. Da Liberdade 230 8º Piso, 1250-148 Lisboa – Portugal.
The customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

No refunds will be made unless the item is damaged/broken and in the event of a stock breach, in accordance with Decree Law no. 67/2003 Consumer Law.

All product returns and warranty actions must be sent exclusively to Av. Da Liberdade 230, 1250-148 Lisboa – Portugal.
