This document covers the processing of personal data collected by Gradient Perfumes during its sales process at the point of sale, customer service or the Internet and the processing of information for promotional purposes whatever the method of collection may be.

Gradient Perfumes assumes as a primordial commitment to preserve the right to privacy of its customers, creating conditions that guarantee the selectivity and relevance of the personal data collected and the provision to the customer of ways to access, change or withdraw its information in the legal framework in force.

3. Legitimacy in Data Processing

All personal data of customers included in our databases was delivered directly to Gradient Perfumes by their holders in person, by phone, or using forms sent electronically or in hard copy, with their prior consent and for the purposes indicated on the date of collection.

4. Data Collected

The personal data collected is generally the one that allows Gradient Perfumes the development of direct marketing promotional campaigns or the sending of institutional information.
The information collection process can take place in our sales outlets directly from our sales representative, on our website at, in campaigns that involve the collection of forms, electronic or paper, filled and sent by the customer and in the telephone contact in calls received or made by our Customer Service.

Gradient Perfumes does not transmit to third parties the personal data of its clients with the exceptions provided for in the law and in the framework regulated by the National Data Protection Commission, with the purpose of being used by them for purposes other than those indicated in the collection process.
