Gradient Perfumes Online ships orders worldwide.

The shipping costs of orders are free for Continental Portugal in orders equal to or greater than the amount of € 50. For orders of less than € 50 the cost of shipping will be € 5 for Continental Portugal. The value of the shipping costs for the Madeira and Azores Archipelagos will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and included in the final order value.

No refunds will be made unless the item is damaged/broken and in the event of a stock breach, in accordance with Decree Law no. 67/2003 Consumer Law.

The orders’ distribution will be carried out by a carrier, or one of the Gradient Perfumes transportation methods.

After hours deliveries, or abnormal periods, will only be possible in exceptional situations previously agreed with the customer.
